Return Policy

1.  GENERAL RETURNS
    We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if 
    you:
        *    Return the following items UNOPENED: CD's, DVD's, software.  We will also gladly tke back new Bibles
              and books in their orginal condition
        *    Include your packing slip and/or order number
        *    Return your items within 30 days

    Simply pack the porduct securely with the packing slip and ship to:

2.    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

       If you have recieved damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify the Customer 
       Service Department and we will replace or refund your order right away.
